RETURNS POLICY

For hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned/exchanged once purchased except in the case of a faulty item. These items are listed below.  

• Briefs/any gusseted underwear
• Swimwear
• Hosiery
• Shapewear with a gusset
• Bra accessories

All other Items (Bras) must be returned with a copy of the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery to Cup Cakes Lingerie, 44-46 Ranelagh Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, Ireland.  

All labelling and/or packaging must be intact. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

Responsibility for the item remains with the customer until receipt of the returned item to Cup Cakes Lingerie.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

A member of the Cup Cakes Lingerie team will contact the customer on receipt of the item to arrange the refund (if faulty)/exchange, if we are unable to contact the customer we will send him/her an email to confirm receipt of the item subsequent to which the customer must contact us within 10 working days in order to avail of the refund/exchange.

If an item is faulty it will be returned to the manufacturer and CupCakes Linger ie will make every attempt to source the exact item from the manufacturer. If this is not possible a full refund is offered or if the customer would prefer a credit note which is valid for one year.

If a customer returns a bra that they deem unsuitable a credit note or exchange will only  be offered.
