Delivery & Availability of Stock

Cup Cakes Lingerie reserves the right not to accept an order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that the item is out of stock. Cup Cakes Lingerie is a boutique style store; we carry only a small number of stock items in any given size, for this reason it is possible that an item may appear on the stock system, which is no longer actually available. In that event we will make every effort to source a replacement or similar item for our customer and in the event this is not possible to offer a credit note/refund to the customer.

Cup Cakes Lingerie does its best to dispatch items within one day of order placement. Our distribution service requires a signature on delivery. Customers should do their best to ensure that they are available to receive the items at the time of delivery. 
 

Cup Cakes Lingerie charges a flat fee of €3.95 for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland, charges for delivery outside of the Republic of Ireland are based on weight, charges will be displayed within the payments section of the shopping cart prior to confirmation of your order.

Payment can be made via Visa or MasterCard, or via PayPal.

For hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned/exchanged once purchased except in the case of a faulty item. These items are listed below.  

• Briefs/any gusseted underwear
• Swimwear
• Hosiery
• Shape wear with a gusset
• Bra accessories

All other Items must be returned with a copy of the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery to Cup Cakes Lingerie, 44-46 Ranelagh Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, Ireland. 

All labelling and/or packaging must be intact. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.

Responsibility for the item remains with the customer until receipt of the returned item by Cup Cakes Lingerie.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

A member of the Cup Cakes Lingerie team will contact the customer on receipt of the item to arrange a credit note/exchange, if we are unable to contact the customer we will send him/her an email to confirm receipt of the item subsequent to which the customer must contact us within 10 working days in order to avail of the credit note/exchange.

If an item is faulty it will be returned to the manufacturer and Cup Cakes Lingerie will make every attempt to source the exact item from the manufacturer. If this is not possible a full refund is offered or if the customer would prefer a credit note valid for one year.

If a customer returns a bra that they deem unsuitable a credit note or exchange only will be offered.

Orders may be cancelled by telephone prior to dispatch and during the opening hours of the shop: Mon-Wed and Sat 10am-6pm; Thurs-Fri 10am-7pm and Sun 1pm-5pm.

Orders are dispatched the day following once the order placement is by 12 noon (except Sundays). Orders must be cancelled by telephone before this time. Once the order is dispatched returns policy conditions apply.

Cup Cakes Lingerie can only refund to the card or PayPal account used to purchase the items if an item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights please see www.consumerconnect.ie for further details. Refunds will only be made to the value of the item purchased and not for shipping costs to or from the customer.

Cup Cakes Lingerie strongly recommends that prior to shopping online customers come in to our shop to get professionally fitted. Customers should be aware that sizing across brands and styles does vary.

Cup Cakes Lingerie does its best to ensure that the images displayed on the site accurately reflect the items in stock. It should be noted by customers however that colours may vary slightly from what appears on the site, due to variations in monitor settings, photo quality etc. Cup Cakes Lingerie accepts no responsibility for these variations and all items are subject to the returns policy as outlined above.

Cup Cakes Lingerie will inspect each item before it is dispatched and take the utmost care to ensure that customers are happy with their item on delivery. However, in the event that an item is faulty, that item should be returned within 10 working days of delivery to Cup Cakes Lingerie 44-46 Ranelagh Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, Ireland. Faulty items must be returned with all of their packaging and labelling intact. Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer and once the fault has been recognised a replacement item will be sent. A delay may be incurred in this situation.

All pricing is in Euro, and is subject to 21% VAT.
